Privacy Policy

AESTIFY Inc. (“we”) handles personal information received through inquiries on aestify.co.kr as follows.

1. What we collect

  • Required: company, name, country or region, email address, message
  • Optional: phone or WhatsApp, inquiry type, product of interest
  • Sent with the form: the address of the page it was sent from, and the site language

Visiting the site may leave access records such as IP addresses on the hosting server.

2. Why we use it

Only to review and answer your inquiry, share quotes and supply terms, and discuss business with you.

3. How long we keep it

Three years from the date of the inquiry, after which it is deleted without delay, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

4. Sharing

We do not give personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where the law requires it.

5. Service providers and international transfer

Form submissions reach our email through the service below.

  • Recipient: Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) — form delivery and spam filtering (web3forms.com/privacy)
  • Information: what you enter in the form, and your IP address
  • Countries: India, and the countries where its providers' servers are located (AWS, Cloudflare, Hetzner and others)
  • When and how: sent over the internet when you submit the form
  • Retention: up to three years from submission (Web3Forms policy)
  • Website hosting: Netlify, Inc. (United States)

If you prefer your information not to be transferred abroad, you can email contact@aestify.co.kr directly instead of using the form.

6. Deletion

Information past its retention period is deleted so that it cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop its processing. Email contact@aestify.co.kr and we will act without delay.

8. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and inquiries are read only by the staff handling them.

9. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no visitor analytics.
